About Us

Jessika is our lovely leading lady at Marketing Concepts Squared! She founded MC² in 2015 with the vision of helping small business owners in Durango and beyond. She has spent hours formulating plans and packages that fit into marketing budgets for businesses of all sizes. Jessika has enriched the Durango community in many ways – she co-founded Professional Women’s Network of Durango and was named the 2019 Entrepreneur of the Year by the Durango Chamber of Commerce. She also became a Durango City Councilor in 2021. Her favorite part of doing what she does is being a part of the local community and helping Durango area businesses succeed. When she isn’t working with us at MC² or getting everything done with her other business, Lucky Services, she can be found working out, running the Sky Steps, or hanging out with her two sons! 

Sarah Shotts our Social Media Marketing Director. With three years of experience at the company, Sarah began her journey as a social media manager and has since developed her leadership skills to become the team leader and director. Sarah is dedicated to staying up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in social media and digital marketing, constantly taking training courses to further her knowledge. She possesses a diverse range of skills, including exceptional communication, writing, creativity, efficiency, and top-notch organizational abilities. In addition, Sarah is passionate about customer care and making connections with her team and clients, which has made her a valuable asset to Marketing Concepts Squared!

Mikayla has been a Social Media Manager at MC2 for just over a year. Her passion for supporting businesses through community building, spreading their values, and maintaining a relevant presence online is evident in the results she achieves for clients. Mikayla's creativity and social media knowledge are the driving forces behind her success. She is constantly thinking outside the box to find new and innovative ways to engage with audiences and increase brand awareness. Her ability to craft compelling social media content and use data-driven insights to inform her strategies makes her an invaluable asset to any project. When she's not busy creating content, Mikayla loves to explore all of Colorado. Hiking, road tripping, and painting are just a few of her favorite activities. Her love for all things creative is evident in both her personal and professional life, making her a well-rounded and dynamic team member.

  Tori is one of our social media managers. After being with us for over a year, Tori took some time off to be with her newborn. She is now back and ready to help businesses in town thrive with their marketing strategies! Tori has been in the Durango area most of her life and discovered her passion in marketing and social media management after doing various social media hobbies. She loves creating a fun relationship with her clients and will work with them closely to achieve all of their goals. When Tori isn’t busy creating, you can find her hanging out with her amazing son and husband exploring the area. She loves to hike, off-road, and adventure with friends around town.
